So check it

Here I am listening to Billy Talent while doing some online Econ homework thats due on Blackboard Sunday at midnight.  Being the procrastinator I am, I waited until the last minute to do it, almost hoping that a fellow classmate will just help a bro out and tell me some answers.  NOPE.  No handouts for me this time even though I help those fools out all the time.  Anyways, so at midnight I have 3/10 points.  But luckily the homework assignment is still up so I continue to work on it and I start to get the hang of things and eventually I get 7/10 points in 30mins.  Not bad eh?  Then as I finish figuring out the last questions I enter them into blackboard only to see that this time I got 5/10!! Oh wait, I entered them all backwards...phew.  Just as I refresh the screen to take the assignment again, its gone.  The link to the homework is gone.  Great.  I could have gotten a 9/10, or even a 7/10, but because it saves the last score...I get a 5/10.  Thats a F.  A big fat one too.  Thats PREEEEEEEEEEEEEEETY messed up.

So what did you do for Black Friday?  I'll just say that this was THE craziest, THE best, and THE worst Black Friday in all my life.

Lets just start from Thursday.  Woke up as usual at the usual time which is about 1pm, and yes its late and yes I wasted 1/2 the day but whatever.  Ate 2 eggs, a little cereal, and a pear for breakfast then headed over to the ZEPHER shop to make my latest and greatest creation.  You have to see it to believe it, but its the "So far,...Oldest I've been" for those of you who have already seen it.  Peter was also workin on some good stuff, and he just finished his masterpiece on Sunday.  Anyways back to the story, after we finished up at the ZEPHER shop, me and Pete headed over to the Dogbowl to meet up KKCCVP.  Its probably about 4pm now, but there is just too many skater foos in the dogbowl so we chill and wait for a little bit then we go in and show our Z-boy moves.  So we stay and keep skating, but by now its getting late, everybody else left, the sun is down, and there aren't any lights around to see.  THEN, V(peter) from KKCCVP finds a new hill, the new challenge that needs to be conquered, it begged to be stamped "chill" on our list of places conquered.  Peter does it no problem, thats because his real name is Tony Alva.  Hes like Clark Kent in disguize.  And so, I'm next.  I'm a little scared, its pretty damn steep.  But no problem, its what we Z-boys do.  And so I get on my skateboard, kick off, and just like that conquerer the hill.  And after I do, I hear them (KCVP) cheering me on, but just at that moment I hit the tip of another ramp and my skateboard completely stops and I go flying into the air like Superman, but just not as cool because I didn't have enough time to say "Lois, I'll take you back now."  And I hit the concrete mainly with my left hand/wrist, a little impact on my right hand and I hear KCVP go from "YEAHH!!! to OOO's and AHHH's"  faster than peanut butter can stick to jelly.  So thats pretty much that, I sprained and bruised my wrist and just watched it grow getting more swollen by the minute.  Needless to say we went back home after that and I quickly took my shower and got ready to go to church.

I'm running a little late so I grab a slice of bread and take off.  I get out at 9:30pm and I am SUPER hungry.  I didn't even have a meal this whole day, no turkey, no stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, mac and cheese, nothing.  I ate a SLICE of bread.  Thats one piece.  Fortunately my dad comes home from a big feast at his friends house and brings me some leftovers.  YAY!  I eat it super fast and before you know it we got a 5 way conference call with KKCCVP planning out where we're goin for Black Friday.  I find out that Cabazon is doing a new thing this year, to open at 12:01am instead of the regular 5 or 7 O'clock time.  Its already 10:30pm so heck yeah lets just pick everybody up and head over.  CVP meets up at my house because James thinks waiting at Circuit City until 5am is better than goin to Cabazon right now.  So as we head over, we decide to make a side stop at Shelly's place to say hi, stay there for a while and then head back off to our Cabazon road trip with KCCVP.  I realize this story is getting REALLY long so I'll cut it short.  Cabazon exit was packed, so we went another exit down, made a U and parked at Morongo and walked it to Cabazon.  By now its about 2am and its just swarming with people.  Theres a line to get into every popular store ie. Adidas, Puma, Burbury, Coach, Gap, Lacoste etc.

We finally make our way to Gap, pick out some stuff and wait in this long snake line to pay.  And as we're waiting I start to feel tired, dehydrated, almost a little dizzy, but its hot and stuffy in Gap because of all the people, so I just continue to wait.  I finally get up to the cashiers and pay.  And now i feel even worse.  My mouth is super dry, I'm breathing really heavily, and just want to get out of there.  Finally pay and as I'm making my way to the exit my vision gets blurry, I get this crazy tunnel vision where I cant see anything.  I cant focus, all i see is this fuzzy TV static in front of my eyes, but now as I keep walking I feel myself swaying back and forth.  Now I cant even walk stright, but its not like I can see where I'm going anyways.  I feel as if I've lost my senses, like this is some crazy alternate dimension, then all of a sudden I feel myself falling down, and down I go, and keep goin down until I hit my head against a pole then the floor.  At that moment my senses come back to me, my vision clears and I see this woman and she starts yelling out "CALL AN AMBULANCE!"  and she gets me to lie down on the floor until they arrive.  Until then, we all start crackin jokes and someone brings me some water and a sour ice breaker to raise my blood sugar level because I didn't eat much that day and staying up all night for Black Friday didn't help.  Well the ambulance arrives and they give me a little physical check up to make sure I didn't break this hard head of mine, hook me up to an EKG machine, and test my blood sugar level.  Everything turns out fine so we leave and try to get something to eat.  We wait for some ICHIBAN Express that takes AN HOUR. Just crazy.  After we eat and refuel, its probably about 5am by now, but we are ready to keep shopping.  Were hardcore like that.  So to make a long story even longer, we get to the car about 7am.  I drive 1/2 way  and then Jonneil takes over and drives the other 1/2 back to Walnut.  Get home at 8am and me and Peter crash until 2-3pm.  Jonneil and Brian on the other hand are SUPER BLACK FRIDAY EXTREMEISTS.  They go to Brea to do more shopping.  haha, but thats another story for another day....

As I was reading the Fullertons Daily Titan, I found this article which I am sure you dont want to read all of it so I'll just quote the best parts.

Unspoken Feelings
"I've fallen and I can't get up.  No, seriously, I can't get up, move an arm, raise my voice - nothing.  And as much as I would like to take action, there is no way I will compel myself to tell her exactly how I feel.  I'm paralyzed."

....blah blah....

"And to the girl who currently has my eye?  Well, hopefully you read this, you realize it's you that I'm talking about, and you do something about it.  Because I know I won't.  I've fallen for you, and I can't pick myself up.
Maybe you could give me a hand."

Who can say no to that?  Really, writing in the newspaper declaring your enternal and secret love is soo cheezy that I want to cheer this guy on and hope that this girl reads this article and they get to have a happy life together.  Especially that last line, its so moving I just wanted to say "Ah shooT!!!"  out loud because it tied in so well with the introduction.  Well Alvin Anol, I hope your plan worked, I really do....

Currently listening to: Yellowcard
This just feels wrong.  Updating without pictures.  But I'm too lazy to upload pictures of all the crazy unexciting things I've been doing lately.  Its pretty late right now; 1:40am, and I have to clean up the house  to steam clean the carpet tomorrow.  Pretty retarted if you ask me.  So my mom got a place in Norwalk and so we were planning on moving in together next month.  I really didn't think my dad was going to have a problem with me moving out and in with my mom, but as I told him tonight over dinner I found out that he actually cares more than I thought.  He pretty much said I do not have the right to decide if I'm going to move out and that he prohibits me from moving out.  For some reason he turned all angry and emo after I told him.   Living here is too troublesome.  I  think I would actually prefer living with my mom for a while.  But since my brother is in LA most of the weekday and only comes back during the weekend, that would mean my dad would be all alone if I left too.  Anyways too much drama to write about.  Working at school has its benefits, but getting paid only once a month kind of sucks.  I just got my fat paycheck today, but its also disappointing knowing I wont get another one for 4 weeks.  Well enough of this update.  Hope you like it JEN.  Still got more to clean up around the house.  Oh yeah I also found some old gifts that reminded me of high school.  It was a mousepad.  "In moonlight I remember, your laughter and your droll behavior..."
